A 1960's 'Jason' chair by Carl Jacobs for Kanya. This is the redesigned model with steel legs by Frank Guille.

The body is formed from a single piece of folded ply. 

A great piece of furniture design history. 

Clearly this piece is in rustic vintage condition with old and worn blue finish and paint splatters. But it gives it a great worn industrial edge. It is structurally sound with no visible sign of stress fractures.
