Kofod Larsen - Gplan - Teak Sideboard
Designed by Ib Kofod Larsen for G-Plan in the mid-1960s.
A striking example of Scandinavian-inspired British craftsmanship.
Its capacious body rests on a curved, floating stretcher base, offering generous storage capacity. The balanced geometric form is complemented by square rosewood handles.
Please note the handles on this sideboard have been personally reproduced from Indian Rosewood to be identical to the originals. Watch the youtube series below to see how I made them.

The layout offers practical versatility: on the left, a cupboard with an adjustable shelf provides flexible storage; the center features a bank of five drawers, including a top drawer lined with felt and equipped with cutlery dividers for organized storage; on the right, two additional cupboards, each with adjustable shelving, complete the functional design.
