Danish Mid Century Sideboard by Gunni Oman

An impressive 2.4 metre Mid Century sideboard by Gunni Omann and manufactured by Axel Christensen Odder (ACO Mobler).

A very distinct and popular model in Teak.

In the top drawer is the original hire purchase agreement from Walsh's of Sheffield, a subsidiary of Harrods, London.

Standout features are the Vodder-esque drawers, the moulded handles, legs and frame detailing. 

On the left is a sliding door revealing a cupboard with and an adjustable 580W shelf. Next to which is a bank of four drawers. All of which are green baize lined. On the right, behind two sliding doors is a double length cupboard with a 1170W adjustable shelf. 

An authentic piece of Danish Design history. This centrepiece sideboard will make a statement in any living space. 

 

Condition: excellent condition. Very few age related marks, A couple of stains to the inside of the large cupboard.
